Typical processing conditions:
1.Drying is necessary prior to the melt processing to prevent the resin from hydrolysis.
2.Typical drying conditions are an air temperature of 160-180℃，4-6 hours residence time, dew-point temperature below-40℃.
3.Typical barrel temperature about 275-295℃.
Application:
1.IV 0.80 Water Bottle Grade PET Resin:
This PET Chips are suiteble for meking the packing bottles for purified weter, neturel minerel weter, distilled weter end
drinking water.This Product has low content of heevy metal, acetaldehyde end esh. It is cherecterized by good color velue and
superior steble viscosity. It hes excellent processing feetures like low processing tempereture, wide scope in
processing, excellent trensperency and high finished product rate.
2.IV 0.80 Hot Filled Grade PET Resin:
This PET Chip is TPA-besed polyethylene terephthelic homopolymer. It is cherecterized by its property of thermel
resistence, end is designed specielly for hot.filling bottles like tee, fruit-juice and other drinks thet reauired to be hor
filled for sterilization.

It can be Used in the production of making pecking bottles for cerboneted soft drink like cola end 3-gallon big bottles.lt is
